本規約は、日本の個人事業者である Wenyan He（以下「運営者」）が https://n2traps.com/ で提供する JLPT N2 対策サービス「N2 Traps」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点、または有料プランを購入した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、JLPT N2 の練習問題、解説、および回答に基づく誤答傾向の診断を、ウェブ上で提供するデジタルサービスです。提供はアカウントへの利用権の付与によるウェブ上の閲覧・利用で行い、物品の発送はありません。
本サービスには次の区分があります。
- 無料利用：無料20問の回答と、メールでの診断の申込み。アカウントは不要です。
- Starter（¥980・税込、1回払いの買い切り）：販売ページに記載する静的コンテンツ（診断レポート、コア問題集の練習と解説、静的な誤答リスト）。有効期限はありません。なお、Starter の「有効期限はありません」は、本サービスが運営されている期間における定めです。運営者が本サービス全体を終了する場合は第8条第3項に従い、終了日の少なくとも90日前までに告知します。その期間中、利用者は自身の学習データを閲覧し、保存することができます。
- Full（通常 ¥3,990・税込、1回払いの今季買い切り。販売開始前に当サイトでアカウント登録（メールアドレス）のうえ無料予約登録を完了した方には早鳥価格 ¥2,990 がロックされ（資格はアカウント／メールアドレス単位で判定）、開始通知から72時間以内の購入に適用されます）：Starter の内容すべてに加え、販売ページに記載する今季の学習機能。今季の学習機能は 2027-01-31 23:59（日本時間） に終了します。終了後、アカウントは Starter と同等の静的コンテンツを期限なく引き続き利用できます。
本サービスには、月額プラン、定期購入、自動更新はありません。一般向けの無料トライアルもありません。いずれの有料プランも1回の支払いで完結し、自動で再請求されることはありません。ただし、決済受付を開始できない期間に申し込んだ利用者については、第6条の2の一時措置（試行利用）が適用されます。その場合、同条が本項に優先します。
各プランに含まれる内容の詳細は、購入時の販売ページの表示によります。
本サービスは、JLPT の主催団体（国際交流基金および日本国際教育支援協会）とは関係がなく、その承認や提携を受けていません。問題は運営者が独自に作成したものです。

第2条（アカウント）

有料コンテンツの利用には、Google ログインまたはメールリンクログインによるアカウントが必要です。
アカウントは1人1つとし、利用者本人のみが使用できます。登録するメールアドレスは、本人が受信・管理できるものとしてください。
有料プランの利用権は、購入時のメールアドレスで確認済みのアカウントに付与されます。購入時のメールアドレスでまだアカウントがない場合は、そのメールアドレスで初めてログインした時点で付与されます。購入時と異なるメールアドレスでログインしている場合は、お問い合わせください。
利用者は自己のアカウントを適切に管理するものとし、第三者による不正利用を知った場合は速やかに運営者へ連絡してください。
未成年者が有料プランを購入する場合は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得てください。本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。

第3条（利用権の範囲）

有料プランを購入した利用者には、本規約に従い、対象コンテンツを本人の個人的な学習目的に限り本サービス上で利用できる、非独占的・譲渡不可・再許諾不可の利用権が付与されます。
利用権はアカウントに紐づきます。他のアカウントや第三者に譲渡、貸与、売却、共有することはできません。
購入によって、コンテンツの著作権その他の権利が利用者に移転することはありません。

第4条（禁止事項）

利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。

アカウントの共有、貸与、譲渡、または複数人での利用。
問題文、選択肢、解説、音声その他の有料コンテンツの全部または一部の複製、転載、配布、販売、公衆送信（SNS、掲示板、共有ドライブ等への投稿を含みます）。ただし、著作権法で認められる引用を除きます。
スクレイピング、クローラー、スクリプトその他の自動化手段による本サービスへのアクセスや、コンテンツの一括取得。
正答（答えのキー）を、通常の解答・解説表示以外の方法で取得、抽出、推測しようとすること。通信内容や API の解析、改ざんしたリクエストの送信、判定機能の機械的な反復利用を含みます。
本サービスのアクセス制御、決済、認証の仕組みを回避または無効化しようとすること。
本サービス、運営者、他の利用者に損害を与える行為、または法令や公序良俗に反する行為。
不正な支払手段の使用。

利用者が本条に違反した場合、運営者は事前の通知なく、アカウントの利用停止または利用権の取消しを行うことがあります。この場合、法令上必要な場合を除き返金は行いません。

第5条（知的財産権）

本サービスの問題、解説、診断の方法と形式、デザイン、ソフトウェアその他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が入力した回答データは、プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

第6条（料金・支払い・返金）

料金は販売ページおよび「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に記載のとおりです。表示価格はすべて税込です。
支払いはクレジットカード（Stripe による決済）で行います。運営者がカード番号を受け取ることはありません。
返金・キャンセルの条件は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定めるとおりです。利用権の付与前はいつでも、付与後は利用権の付与日から14日以内であれば、有料コンテンツの利用の有無および理由を問わず全額返金します。返金した場合、または支払いが取り消された場合（チャージバックを含みます）、該当プランの利用権は取り消されます。Full の場合、今季終了後に残るはずだった静的コンテンツの利用権も同時に失われます。利用者自身の回答履歴は、プライバシーポリシーに従い引き続き閲覧できます。
第6条の2の試行利用から支払いに移行した場合、前項の14日は、支払いの確認後に有料利用権が付与された日から数えます。試行利用の開始日は起算日ではありません。

第6条の2（決済開始前の一時措置：試行利用）

本条は、運営者が Stripe による通常の決済受付をまだ開始できない期間に限り適用される一時措置です。その理由は決済の提供がまだ始まっていないことだけであり、販売促進のための無料トライアルではありません。通常の決済受付を開始した時点で、新規の試行利用の申込みは終了します。受付開始前に始まった試行利用は、その期間が終わるまで本条のとおり続きます。
この期間中にアカウントを作成し、有料プラン（Starter または Full）を選択した利用者は、申込みの時点から 3日間、選択したプランの有料機能を無料で利用できます（以下「試行利用」）。正確な終了日時は日本時間で、アカウント画面および開始時のメールに表示します。試行利用はお一人様1回限りです。
試行利用の申込みにあたり、クレジットカードその他の支払情報の登録は不要であり、運営者が求めることもありません。自動課金は一切行いません。 試行利用そのものは支払義務を生じさせません。
試行利用の 3日目 に、運営者は、選択したプランの価格（Starter：¥980、Full：通常 ¥3,990／早鳥ロック対象者は ¥2,990、いずれも税込）を記載した Stripe の支払いリンクをメールで送ります。支払うかどうかは利用者の任意です。利用者ご自身がリンク先で決済を完了した場合に限り支払いが成立し、第6条の条件で有料利用権が付与されます。
終了日時までに支払いがない場合、試行利用は自動的に終了し、アカウントは無料利用の範囲に戻ります。料金は一切発生せず、解約の手続きも不要です。利用者自身の回答履歴・学習データは、無料利用の範囲で引き続き閲覧できます。
試行利用中のコンテンツ利用にも第3条および第4条が適用されます。支払いがなかったことによる試行利用の終了は、第4条違反による利用停止とは異なります。

第7条（合格保証の不存在・診断の範囲）

本サービスは、JLPT の合格、特定の得点、得点の向上を保証するものではありません。
診断は、利用者が本サービスで回答した問題に基づく推定です。対象は、回答した問題に含まれる試験区分と問題形式に限られます。回答に含まれない区分については評価しません。回答数が少ないほど、推定の幅は大きくなります。
本サービスは公式の得点換算方法を用いていません。診断の数値は実際の試験結果を示すものではありません。
運営者は問題と解説の正確性に努めますが、誤りがないことを保証するものではありません。誤りを見つけた場合はお問い合わせください。確認のうえ修正します。

第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）

運営者は、内容の改善、問題の修正や追加、機能の変更を行うことがあります。購入済みプランの主要な内容を利用者に不利に変更する場合は、事前に通知します。
運営者は、保守、障害、提供事業者（ホスティング、認証、決済等）の事情その他やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの全部または一部を一時的に中断することがあります。
運営者が本サービスの提供を終了する場合は、終了日の 90 日前までにサイト上および登録メールアドレス宛てに通知します。その期間中、利用者は自身の学習データを確認し、保存できます。

第9条（責任の制限）

運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用できなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当該利用者が損害の原因となった有料プランについて支払った金額を上限として責任を負います。
前項は、消費者契約法その他の法令により責任の制限が認められない限度では適用されません。

第10条（規約の変更）

運営者は、民法の定型約款に関する規定に従い、本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更内容と効力発生日を本ページに事前に掲示します。購入済みプランの価格、利用期間、返金条件を、購入後に利用者に不利に変更することはありません。

第11条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、運営者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、法令が消費者である利用者に別の管轄を認める場合は、その定めに従います。

These Terms govern your use of N2 Traps (the “Service”), a JLPT N2 preparation service provided at https://n2traps.com/ by Wenyan He, a sole proprietor in Japan (the “Operator”, “we”). By using the Service or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides JLPT N2 practice questions, explanations, and a diagnosis of your error patterns based on your answers. It is delivered as web access granted to your account. No physical goods are shipped.
The Service has these tiers:
- Free: the 20 free questions and an emailed diagnosis on request. No account needed.
- Starter (¥980, tax included, one-time buyout): the static content described on the sales page (diagnosis report, core question bank in practice mode with explanations, static mistake list). Starter never expires. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘no expiry’ for Starter applies for as long as the Service remains in operation. If the Operator ends the Service as a whole, §8.3 applies: the end is announced at least 90 days before the end date, and during that period users can review and save their own study data.
- Full (¥3,990, tax included, one-time buyout for this season; an early-bird price of ¥2,990 is locked by registering an account (email) on n2traps.com and completing the free pre-opening reservation (eligibility is determined per account/email) and applies to purchases within 72 hours of the opening notice): everything in Starter plus this season’s study features described on the sales page. Season features end on 2027-01-31 at 23:59 JST. After that, your account keeps Starter-equivalent static content with no expiry.
There is no monthly plan, subscription, or auto-renewal, and no general free trial. Each paid plan is a single payment. You are never charged again automatically. One exception applies: if you sign up while we cannot yet accept payments, the temporary payment-bridge arrangement in §6A applies to you, and that section takes precedence over this one.
What each plan includes is as shown on the sales page at the time of purchase.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the JLPT organizers (the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services). All questions are written by the Operator.

2. Accounts

Paid content requires an account, using Google sign-in or email-link sign-in.
One account per person, used only by you. Register an email address that you receive and control.
Paid access is granted to the verified account that matches your purchase email. If you have no account with that email yet, access is granted the first time you sign in with it. If you sign in with a different email, contact us.
Keep your account secure, and tell us promptly if you learn of unauthorized use.
Minors need a parent's or guardian's consent before buying. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

3. License scope

A paid plan gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the covered content on the Service for your own personal study only, under these Terms.
Access is tied to your account. You may not transfer, lend, sell, or share it.
Buying a plan does not transfer copyright or any other rights in the content to you.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Share, lend, or transfer an account, or let more than one person use it.
Copy, repost, distribute, sell, or publicly transmit any part of the questions, options, explanations, audio, or other paid content. This includes posting to social media, forums, or shared drives. Quotation permitted under Japanese copyright law is excepted.
Access the Service or bulk-collect content by scraping, crawlers, scripts, or other automation.
Try to obtain, extract, or infer answer keys other than through the normal answer-and-explanation flow. This includes inspecting network traffic or APIs, sending tampered requests, and mechanically repeating the grading function.
Circumvent or disable the Service's access control, payment, or authentication.
Harm the Service, the Operator, or other users, or break the law or public order.
Use fraudulent payment methods.

If you breach this section, we may suspend your account or revoke your access without prior notice. No refund is given in that case unless the law requires one.

5. Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, diagnosis methods and formats, design, software, and other content belong to the Operator or the rightful owners. Answer data you enter is handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Prices, payment, refunds

Prices are as shown on the sales page and on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act page. All prices include tax.
Payment is by credit card through Stripe. We never receive your card number.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act page. You can get a full refund, with no reason needed and whether or not you have used the paid content, at any time before access is granted, and within 14 days of the date access is granted. If a purchase is refunded or a payment is reversed (including a chargeback), access for that plan is revoked. For Full, this includes the static content that would otherwise remain after the season. Your own answer history stays viewable under our Privacy Policy.
If you move from a §6A trial to paying, the 14 days in item 3 run from the date your paid access is granted after payment is confirmed — not from the day your trial started.

6A. Payment-bridge arrangement (3-day trial access)

This section exists for one reason only: our payment processing is not open yet. It is a temporary bridge, not a promotional free trial.

Who it covers and when it ends. This section applies only if you create an account and select a paid plan (Starter or Full) during the period before we can accept payments through Stripe in the normal way. As soon as normal payment acceptance opens, no new bridge trials start. A trial that has already started runs to its own end under this section.
What you get. From the moment you sign up, you get 3 days of free access to the paid features of the plan you selected. The exact end date and time (JST) are shown on your account page and in your trial-start email. One trial per person.
No card, no auto-charge, no obligation. We do not ask for a card or any payment information to start the trial, and we will never charge you automatically. The trial itself creates no obligation to pay anything.
The day-3 payment request. On the third day of your trial, we email you a Stripe payment link stating the price of your plan (Starter ¥980 / Full ¥3,990 — or ¥2,990 if your early-bird lock applies, tax included). Paying is entirely your choice. A payment only happens if you complete it yourself on Stripe’s page; when you do, your paid access is granted under §6.
If you don’t pay. When the trial ends without payment, your access simply falls back to the free tier. Nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel. Your own answer history and study data remain viewable in the free tier.
Rules during the trial. §§3 and 4 (license scope and prohibited conduct) apply to content you use during the trial. A trial ending because it was not paid for is not a suspension for breach.

7. No pass guarantee; scope of the diagnosis

We do not guarantee that you will pass the JLPT, reach any score, or improve your score.
A diagnosis is an estimate based on the questions you answered on the Service. It covers only the exam sections and question types included in those answers. It makes no assessment of sections you did not answer. The fewer answers, the wider the estimate.
We do not use any official score-conversion method. Diagnosis figures do not represent actual exam results.
We work to keep questions and explanations accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free. If you find an error, tell us. We will check and correct it.

8. Changes, interruptions, and end of service

We may improve content, fix or add questions, and change features. We will give advance notice before any change that materially reduces what a plan you already bought includes.
We may suspend all or part of the Service temporarily for maintenance, outages, provider issues (hosting, authentication, payments), or other unavoidable reasons.
If we end the Service, we will give notice on the site and by email at least 90 days before the end date. During that period you can review and save your own study data.

9. Limitation of liability

Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
This limit does not apply to the extent the Consumer Contract Act or other laws do not allow it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms under the Civil Code provisions on standard terms. We will post the changes and their effective date on this page in advance. We will not change the price, access period, or refund terms of a plan you have already bought to your disadvantage.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The district court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s place of residence has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except where the law gives a consumer the right to a different venue.

- Full（通常 ¥3,990・含税，本季一次性买断。对于在销售开始前于本站完成账号注册（电子邮箱）并完成免费预约登记的人，早鸟价格 ¥2,990 将被锁定（资格按账号／电子邮箱逐一判定），并适用于开始通知后 72 小时内的购买）：在 Starter 的全部内容之外，还包括销售页面上记载的本季学习功能。本季的学习功能于 2027-01-31 23:59（日本时间） 结束。结束后，账号仍可不受期限地继续使用与 Starter 同等的静态内容。

本服务与 JLPT 的主办团体（国际交流基金以及日本国际教育支援协会）没有任何关系，也未获得其认可或与其合作。题目全部由运营者自行编写。

第2条（账号）

使用付费内容需要账号，可通过 Google 登录或邮件链接登录。
账号一人仅限一个，且仅限用户本人使用。注册的电子邮箱地址请使用您本人能够接收和管理的地址。
付费方案的使用权授予与购买时电子邮箱一致的已验证账号。如果您还没有与购买时电子邮箱对应的账号，则在您首次使用该电子邮箱登录时授予。如果您使用与购买时不同的电子邮箱登录，请与我们联系。
用户应妥善管理自己的账号；如果发现被第三方非法使用，请立即联系运营者。
未成年人购买付费方案时，请取得父母等法定代理人的同意。本服务不面向 13 岁以下人群。

第3条（使用权的范围）

购买了付费方案的用户，将依据本规约获得一项在仅限本人个人学习之目的的范围内、在本服务上使用对象内容的、非独占的、不可转让的、不可再许可的使用权。
使用权与账号绑定。不得将其转让、出借、出售给其他账号或第三方，或与他人共享。
购买行为不会使内容的著作权或其他任何权利转移到用户一方。

第4条（禁止事项）

用户不得实施以下行为。

共享、出借、转让账号，或供多人使用。
复制、转载、传播、销售、公开传送题目、选项、讲解、音频或其他付费内容的全部或一部分（包括发布到社交媒体、论坛、共享云盘等）。但著作权法所允许的引用除外。
通过抓取（スクレイピング）、爬虫、脚本或其他自动化手段访问本服务，或成批获取内容。
试图通过通常的作答、讲解显示以外的方法获取、提取或推测正确答案（答案密钥）。包括解析通信内容或 API、发送篡改过的请求、机械性地重复使用判题功能等。
试图规避或使本服务的访问控制、支付、身份验证机制失效。
损害本服务、运营者或其他用户的行为，或违反法律法规、公序良俗的行为。
使用不正当的支付手段。

用户违反本条时，运营者可以在不预先通知的情况下，暂停其账号的使用或取消其使用权。在这种情况下，除法律法规要求的情况外，不予退款。

第5条（知识产权）

与本服务的题目、讲解、诊断的方法和形式、设计、软件及其他内容有关的著作权和其他知识产权，归运营者或正当的权利人所有。用户输入的作答数据将按照隐私政策处理。

第6条（费用、支付与退款）

费用以销售页面以及《基于〈特定商取引法〉的标示》上记载的为准。所有标示价格均为含税价格。
支付通过信用卡进行（通过 Stripe 完成支付处理）。运营者不会收到您的卡号。
退款和取消的条件以《基于〈特定商取引法〉的标示》的规定为准。在使用权授予之前可随时全额退款；授予之后，在授予日起 14 天内，无论是否使用过付费内容、无论任何理由，均可全额退款。发生退款，或者支付被撤销（包括退单）时，该方案的使用权将被取消。对于 Full，原本在本季结束后应当保留的静态内容的使用权也同时失去。您本人的答题记录仍可按照隐私政策继续查看。
如果从第 6A 条的试行使用转入付费，则前项的 14 天从付款确认后授予付费使用权之日起计算。试行使用的开始日不作为起算日。

第6A条（支付受理开始前的一时措施：试行使用）

本条存在的唯一原因是：我们的支付通道尚未开通。 这是临时过渡安排，不是促销性质的免费试用。

适用对象与结束条件。 本条仅适用于：在我们尚不能通过 Stripe 正常收款期间，注册账号并选择了付费档位（Starter 或 Full）的用户。正常收款一经开通，不再接受新的支付桥试行报名；已经开始的试行，按本条走完其 3 天。
你得到什么。 自报名起，你可免费使用所选档位的全部付费功能 3 天。确切的结束日期与时间（日本时间）会显示在你的账号页面和试行开始邮件中。每人限一次。
不绑卡、绝不自动扣款、没有付款义务。 开始试行不需要登记银行卡或任何付款信息，我们也永远不会自动向你收费。试行本身不产生任何付款义务。
第 3 天的付款请求。 在试用的 第 3 天，我们会通过邮件发送一个 Stripe 付款链接，上面写明你所选档位的价格（Starter ¥980 / Full 通常 ¥3,990（早鸟锁定者 ¥2,990），含税）。是否付款完全由你决定；只有你自己在 Stripe 页面上完成付款，付款才成立，届时按第 6 条为你开通付费权益。
如果不付款。 试行结束时未付款，你的访问权限自动回到免费层。不收取任何费用，也无需办理任何取消手续。你自己的作答历史和学习数据在免费层仍可查看。
试行期间的规则。 第 3 条（利用范围）和第 4 条（禁止事项）同样适用于试行期间使用的内容。因未付款而结束试行，不属于违规停权。

第7条（不保证合格・诊断的范围）

本服务不保证通过 JLPT、达到特定的分数，或实现分数的提升。
诊断是基于用户在本服务中回答的题目做出的推定。其范围仅限于所回答题目中包含的考试科目区分和题目形式。对于回答中未包含的区分，不做评价。回答的数量越少，推定的幅度就越大。
本服务不使用任何官方的分数换算方法。诊断中的数值不代表实际的考试结果。
运营者努力确保题目和讲解的准确性，但不保证其完全没有错误。如果您发现了错误，请与我们联系。我们将在核实后予以修正。

第8条（服务的变更、中断与终止）

运营者可能会改进内容、修正或增加题目、变更功能。如果要对已购买方案的主要内容做出对用户不利的变更，将会事先通知。
运营者可能会因维护、故障、提供商（托管、身份验证、支付等）方面的情况或其他不得已的事由，暂时中断本服务的全部或一部分。
如果运营者终止提供本服务，将在终止之日的 90 天之前，通过网站以及向注册的电子邮箱地址发送通知。在此期间，用户可以查看并保存自己的学习数据。

第9条（责任的限制）

对于因使用或无法使用本服务而使用户遭受的损害，除因运营者的故意或重大过失所致的情况外，运营者承担责任的上限为该用户就成为损害原因的付费方案所支付的金额。
前项规定，在《消费者契约法》等法律法规不允许限制责任的范围内，不予适用。

第10条（规约的变更）

运营者可能会依据《民法》中关于格式条款的规定变更本规约。变更时，将事先在本页面上公示变更内容和生效日期。对于已经购买的方案，其价格、使用期限和退款条件不会在购买后被作对用户不利的变更。

第11条（适用法律与管辖）

本规约以日本法律为准据法。与本服务有关的纠纷，以对运营者住所地有管辖权的地方裁判所为第一审的专属合意管辖法院。但是，如果法律赋予作为消费者的用户以其他管辖，则从其规定。
